The preferred candidate should possess:
Over 3 years of experience in order management, involving coordination with customers and the supply chain team.
Proficiency in understanding and processing documents in compliance with the import regulations of the respective country.
Interaction with freight forwarders to organize shipping documents.
Effective negotiation of rates with freight forwarders, aiming to avoid demurrages.
Prompt processing of Purchase Orders.
Timely generation of Credit Notes for customers.
Timely booking and issuance of AP Tracker-related activities.
Practical experience with reporting and reporting tools.
