Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures
Coordinate and supervise administrative and support staff
Manage office budget and expenses
Handle office procurement and inventory management
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the company
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws relating to office management
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
Assist with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as an office manager or in a similar role
Prior experience in the financial industry, preferably in a hedge fund or asset management firm
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures
Experienced in handling Visa, and knowledge of licensing procedure
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High level of professionalism and integrity
Attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Native/fluent in English and Arabic are required
Holding a driver license is a plus
