What You'll Do

Project Planning & Execution

-Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

-Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

-Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project

delivery.

Project Monitoring and Control:

Assist in tracking project progress against milestones and deadlines.

Support project managers in identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

Participate in project status meetings and reporting activities.

Stakeholder Management:

Assist in identifying project stakeholders and their requirements.

Support communication and engagement with stakeholders throughout

the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address stakeholder concerns and expectations.

Project Documentation and Reporting:

Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project charters, plans, and status reports.

Support the preparation and distribution of project reports and updates to

stakeholders.

-Gain exposure to project management tools and software for document

management and reporting

What Are We Looking For

Must be an Emirati National

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business

Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management software/tools is a plus.
