Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage project scope, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, analyze data, and make adjustments as needed.
Prepare insightful reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial project management.
Working with multiple delivery and business partner teams
Qualifications and Accreditation:
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the finance industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of financial principles and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, PMBOK).
