Roles And Responsibilities
Lead, direct and manage HR technology projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within
scope, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Oversee stakeholder communications, manage expectations and ensure organizational transparency and project alignment.Manage external vendors when
applicable.
Facilitate the adoption of new HR technology solutions, offering training and support to enhance user experience and transition.
Proactively identify and address project risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Enhance project management methodologies and HR tech strategies within PwC, fostering management skill development.
Required Competencies
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Capability to handle complex projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
Skilled in change management and in promoting technology adoption within organizations.
Required Skills
While not a strict requirement, knowledge of employer/employee legislation would be helpful
The ability to act as a functional Workday Expert, offering guidance on best practices and customization, will be a very significant plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems and processes, and the skill to convert business needs into technological solutions.
Required Language
Skills English, written/spoken Arabic would be ideal but not a requirement.
Minimum Education and Qualification(s)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a similar field, with Master’s or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
Required Years Of Experience
Over 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in HR technology transformation projects.
