Project Manager Full-time Job

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing project budget and project resource allocation.

• Providing progress reports as and when required.

• Supervising the planning and implementation of the project.

• Facilitating the definition of project scope and goals.

• Defining project tasks and resource requirements.

• Managing the delivery of identified capital projects with a focus on budget, schedule, and quality output.

• Procuring (where appropriate), managing, and directing a diverse range of consultant expertise across a multi-disciplinary set of skills.

• Overseeing the management of construction project design, estimation, and project planning including all relevant statutory processes, procurement management, and maintenance forecasting, working closely with all departments/disciplines.

• Managing the project control, including resourcing and service delivery requirements, ensuring consultant supervision was relevant, and approving all payment certificates.

• Managing the production and approval of project delivery plans, contractor plans, cash flow projections, and payment claims.

• Supervising the project close-out activities, including commissioning and handover to operations and maintenance.

You’ll need to have:

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.

• Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes.

• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.

• Commercial and financial acumen.

• Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.

• Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
