Looking for a Front Desk Agent to join one of the luxurious 5 stars hotel in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

Greet guests warmly and assist with the check-in process.

Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and policies.

Process guest check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment transactions

Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and services.

Handle guest complaints and find appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Keep accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.

Generate reports on room availability, occupancy rates, and other relevant metrics.
