ROLE PROFILE

Responsible for the weekly data validation to ensure that Sales Invoicing are accurate. Responsible for creating Sales Order template and submission to Landesk (GS O2C portal).

Ensure that Sales Invoices and SOA are sent to Exhibitors on a weekly basis via GS O2C. Resolve any reconciliation raised by Exhibitors.

Responsible for debt collection and any escalation within Business Unit, taking all necessary measures to avoid bad debts. Coordinate on the payment tagging with GS O2C team.

Ensure that any WHT, deductions or Recharges by Exhibitors are approved, supported by relevant documents, and recorded properly in financial system.

Handle any customer creation with GS O2C team, ensuring that all supporting documentation (Trade License, Tax Information, Bank Information etc.) is all received, and World Check confirmed by GS O2C team.

Assist or help with the preparation of Daily Distributors Report. This involves tabulation of various Daily Collection Reports received from Exhibitors across the region, to report the Admissions, Gross Box Office and Average Ticket Price generated on o

Assist in the month end closing activities, such as monthly revenue summary, reconciliations, and other activities.

Assist with any market reporting requirements and analysis. Assist with any Studio reporting requirements.

Requirements

Well-rounded communication skills and ability to interface with Senior Management.

Excellent interpersonal skills

3 years finance experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance

Finance Certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA and equivalent) an advantage.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is a must, with high level of accuracy in entering data.
