Design and develop compensation and benefits strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Analyze and evaluate existing compensation structures, making recommendations for adjustments or enhancements to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

Manage the annual salary review process, including conducting salary surveys, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to senior management.

Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to develop compensation packages for new hires and promotions, considering factors such as job responsibilities, market data, and internal equity.

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including conducting training sessions and creating informational materials.

Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.

Provide guidance and support to HR team members, managers, and employees on compensation-related matters, including salary inquiries, job evaluations, and total rewards statements.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven years of experience in compensation and benefits, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive programs.

Strong knowledge of compensation principles, including job analysis, salary structures, pay equity, and variable pay programs.

Familiarity with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
