A minimum of 5 years of Managerial Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE.
Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
An Enthusiastic Energy and Impeccable Organisation Skills to handle the responsibilities of the role.
Strong understanding of Industry Regulations.

Upholds FIVE’s Standard Operating Policies, ensuring exquisite Service Levels for every Guest.
Achieves and Maintains the highest standards of Cleanliness, Maintenance, and Safety, creating a ‘FIVE-Star’ ambiance throughout the hotel.
Serves as a Liaison for external contractors, Auditing their Services regularly to ensure they meet FIVEs Industry-Leading Standards.
Displays exceptional Organisational Skills, a Career-Oriented Mindset, and a Result-Oriented Approach, remaining Flexible with hours and assignments and operating at a Next-Level Capacity.
Expertly prepares the Annual Linen Budget based on Quantity Inventory.
