Business Unit Manager Full-time Job

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in agriculture, horticulture, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in agricultural management, preferably in hydroponic farming or greenhouse production.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Solid understanding of hydroponic farming principles, crop cultivation techniques, and plant nutrition.

Knowledge of food safety regulations, environmental sustainability practices, and quality assurance standards.

Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost analysis.

Ability to analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform business decisions.
