• Achieving Sales targets set by management. • Define and implement short and long-term Sales strategy. • Analysis of market data and preparation of real estate reports for market demand and annual rent levels, historical data, and market comparisons. • Development of sales forecasts through analysis of economics, market trends, legislation, sales data etc. • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the UAE & GCC industrial real estate industry. • Building sales team department and capable to organize sales event activities
Prepare sales budgets and maintain controls to assure compliance. • Review sales data, expenses, advertising, and promotional expenses and analyze variances and initiate corrective action as required
