BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Full-time Job

The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in:

Business development in a recruitment agency

Proven ability to acquire, service and maintain customers

Proven ability to source, assess, and hire qualified professionals based on skills, knowledge and experience

360 recruitment experience (managing both recruitment and generating business through different business development methodologies)

Track record of closing roles of varying seniority levels, including executive positions

Proven record of exceeding targets and expanding client database

Must have experience in hiring roles within one or more of the following industries – Automotive, Hospitality and Logistics

Fluency in English, spoken and written, is a MUST; Arabic is an advantage

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Develop client relationships and achieve stretched targets
