ROLE PROFILE

Responsible for translating the Visual Merchandising plan through execution of creative windows, product placements, props and floor designs to attracts and engage customers.

Manage brand VM budget and purchases, keeping accurate track of the same.

Be sensitive to new trends in Visual Merchandising and aware of customer preferences and responses, elevating customers’ in-store experience

Liaise with contractors and suppliers to coordinate the production and installation timeline.

Ensure brand standards are maintained at all time while upholding the Marketing & Communications principles of MAF Lifestyle.

Share knowledge with store teams on the philosophy and purpose of VM initiatives and how to leverage best advantage from these

Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.

Plan and execute presentations for new collection launches and special events, sharing roll-out of information with managers and teams

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in English with Arabic knowledge an asset

4-6 years’ experience within the VM or fine arts field

Furniture Background is a must.
