AI Technology Specialist Full-time Job

Key Accountabilities:

AI Tool Identification and Evaluation

Proactively scan the market to identify emerging AI tools and platforms that have the potential to improve our business efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability

Conduct comprehensive reviews of identified tools to assess their capabilities against our existing tools and determine their potential to drive business value

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and industry trends to keep our organization at the forefront of AI innovation

Business Case Development and Approval

Collaborate with process owners to develop concise briefs and associated business cases for the adoption of new AI tools

Present business cases to senior management, highlighting the potential benefits, costs, and risks associated with each tool

Secure necessary approvals and funding for the implementation of selected AI tools

AI Tool Implementation and Handover

Own the end-to-end implementation process for approved AI tools, facilitating seamless integration with existing systems and processes

Work closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve successful deployment, training, and user adoption, enabling a smooth handover to BAU teams

Monitor and track the implementation progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly

Post-Implementation Review and Value Assessment

Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of implemented AI tools

Analyze key metrics and gather feedback from users to assess the value for money and ROI of each tool

Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing the use of AI tools across the organization

AI Awareness and Capability Building

Act as an AI evangelist, driving awareness and enthusiasm for AI adoption across the organization

Develop and deliver training sessions and communication materials to educate employees about AI best practices
