Key responsibilities:
• Lead digital initiatives, including identifying and prioritizing projects, budgeting, and fund planning, and overseeing project execution.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support the successful execution of digital projects and initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and digital tools that can enhance operations and services. Lead the implementation of digital solutions, including website enhancements, mobile apps, virtual reality experiences, and data analytics platforms.
• Develop and implement Digital Strategies and Enhancement Plans/road maps, with the support of Strategic Integration and planning, for leveraging digital technologies and driving growth and transformation.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage the digitalization budget effectively, allocating resources appropriately, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize data analytics to gain insights into behavior, preferences, and trends, enabling data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management and other relevant stakeholders on project progress, key performance indicators, and outcomes.
• Oversee conducting and developing continuous research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences aiming to create innovative plans for the department as per the defined KPIs.
• Direct the team to collaborate with other teams, to ensure brand consistency in line with the agency’s goals and priorities.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
• An MBA with a focus on Marketing/Emerging Markets
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and management or like discipline
• At least 15 years of working experience with 7 years or more in a senior management role in Digital Media
• Certifications or additional qualifications in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, communications, and management
• Performance Marketing and/or Digital Marketing across large consumer brands
• Strong People skills- Building Collaborative Relationships, Empowering and Developing people.
