ROLE PROFILE

Participate in the development of the business unit Creative strategy by providing input from the perspective of the Graphic Design, ensuring that relevant goals and objectives are incorporated

Review the budget requirements of the Graphic Design function, and accordingly participate in the development of Brand’s budget.

Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer need in other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands and stores, if not available instore.

Plan and implement graphic design elements in a large-scale execution such as creative campaigns, store take over, in-store set up, pop up stores, mall podiums, marketing collaterals

Ensure the implementation of and conformance to established Visual Merchandising and Store Graphic Design Policies and Procedures, identifying opportunities for continuous

Build strong partnerships with members of the cross-functional teams such as, Buyers and Visual Merchandisers strengthening internal customer relationships

Creation of designs, creative concepts and sample layouts

Ensure the implementation of and conformance to established Visual Merchandising and Store Graphic Design Policies and Procedures, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Commercial Art or Graphic Design

4-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer

Experience in in a retail/VM industry is an advantage Signature of Job Holder Appr

Must have an agency or Retail background

ATL & BTL experience is required
