Techno Functional Analyst Full-time Job

Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors implementation

Design, configure, and customise specific modules to align with organisational processes and objectives. Ensuring successful deployment including integration with other systems

Perform regular system maintenance tasks, updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security

Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of SAP SuccessFactors

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes and procedures

Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates and industry best practices

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and customisation

Strong understanding of HR and talent management processes

Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation and Learning

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
