Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying the correct spare parts and accessories for their vehicles.

Listen to customer inquiries, provide detailed information about products, and offer suitable recommendations.

Address customer concerns, provide technical assistance, and resolve issues related to spare parts.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Identify and prospect for new clients within the assigned territory.

Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and requirements.

Sales Target Achievement:

Set and achieve sales targets in line with company goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest spare parts, accessories, and products offered by the dealership.

Have in-depth knowledge of various vehicle makes and models to assist customers accurately.

Provide information about product features, specifications, and compatibility with different vehicle models.

Sales and Upselling:

Actively promote spare parts, accessories, and related products to customers, emphasizing their benefits and relevance.

Upsell additional items or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase and satisfaction.

Recommend complementary products or services that align with the customer's needs.

Order Processing:

Process spare parts orders accurately, ensuring the correct items are selected, and prices are quoted accurately.

Coordinate with the parts department to fulfil customer orders promptly.

Coordinating for the arrangement of the packaging and delivery of spare parts orders, ensuring they reach customers in excellent condition and on time.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions.

Prepare sales invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and customer information.

Collaborate with the accounting department for proper billing and invoicing procedures.

Customer Service and Follow-Up:

Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction with the purchased spare parts.

Address any post-sales concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
