Responsibilities

To be a senior member of the sales team driving sales to the clients of the firm

The product perimeter is primarily surrounding Spot, Options and Structured Products but expertise should extend to cash rates and derivatives

Drive expansion of client footprint, comprehensive user-mapping, price tiering and client profitability analytics

Lead client meetings and presentations to articulate the merits of investment in the asset class, and how specific solutions may be appropriate for a client's portfolio

Gather feedback and insights from markets and clients to help the development of new products, understand the needs of each client segment, what competitors do in terms of products

Ensure clients receive excellent sales and after sales experience

Mentor junior team members by sharing product expertise as well as work ethic

Requirements

Only candidates with a minimum 6-9 years relevant financial markets experience in sales and trading, or wealth management products will be considered

Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with clients, and has existing relationships

Strong technical knowledge on derivative products

Proven track record in sales and people management

Strong communicator and strategic thinker with presentation and organization skills

Achiever who can translate strategy into plans and plans into actions
