Sales Assistant Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Prospect and acquire new clients through networking and lead generation.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into opportunities.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements.

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.

Gather client feedback to understand market demands and preferences.

Provide insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

4. Sales Support:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes.

Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.

5. Performance Reporting:

Track sales activities and results using CRM software.

Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

6-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.

Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
