Product Analyst Full-time Job

Tasks:

Design, launch, and validate A/B experiments to optimize product performance.

Prioritize product features based on strategic objectives and user feedback.

Identify bottlenecks in product workflows and propose improvement solutions.

Analyze product metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners to improve product functionality and user experience.

Conduct A/B experiments and product research to inform decision-making.

Utilize event-based analytics to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MatStat (statistical tests, understanding assumptions).

Strong SQL skills including window functions, query optimization, and working with arrays/json.

Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.

Familiarity with Tableau, Airflow, DBT, and data structures.

Proficient in using Git for version control.

Experience with Amplitude analytics platform is a plus.

Proficiency in Russian and English.
