What’s On Your Plate?
On the basis of brand research and data, you will be responsible to devise brand plans and inspire the effective execution across all operating markets with the aim to meet the set out brand objectives (for e.g. increase top of mind, strengthen brand preference)
By working with internal and external creative agencies, you will be responsible for developing powerful creative concepts that bring to life a well crafted story for the sub brand talabat mart as well as the general Qcommerce vertical with the aim to fundamentally strengthen the master brand but also differentiate by building out unique attributes to be able to attract new audiences that the master brand is unable to tap into due to existing perceptions.
As the regional brand manager for the Qcommerce vertical, you will also work closely with the product and customer experience team to further enhance brand consideration and preference.
You will be responsible to develop and overlook the activation of brand building content strategies and playbooks that the local markets can tap into as a way to activate the talabat mart brand effectively.
You will work closely with your regional counterparts in the Marketing Planning team and Qcommerce team
You will engage in local market visits with a focus on fostering successful relationship with the local marketing teams offering support and guiding them in their localisation efforts when it comes to activate the brand plans
You will be the brand and content custodian ensuring alignment with the overarching brand guidelines is met by conducting frequent audits
You will monitor, analyze and report brand performance specific to the talabat mart brand as well as the overall Qcommerce vertical.
What you need to be successful
What Did We Order?
You have 10+ years of experience in brand management, ideally in a fast paced regional environment within an FMCG brand or alternatively gained FMCG brand experience from an roles within agencies
You showcase creativity and can solve brand and consumer related problems
It would be preferable if you have worked with creative agencies and have created memorable and effective ads and campaigns
You understand that relevant content to the right person at the right time can be a game changer
You deliver high quality execution and ensure that your work meets the global benchmarks
You understand consumer/brand research and can derive actions from it. Conducting and analyzing own research is a plus
A collaborative team player
You are a persuasive and confident communicator - both written and verbal.
You are fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
