Job Details

Responsible for sales activities and involved in respective sales segments for the company.

Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

Setting Monthly/Daily targets for the Team.

Meet the sales targets and KPIs as agreed by the management.

Building Different Sales Report using PowerBilt /Route Pro to generate

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales.

Daily/Weekly meetings with sales team on all sales activities to monitor the success of activities.

Making OBD’s (Outbound Delivery) for the Sales Team.

Co-ordinating with Inventory Team/Brand Team/IT Team for any discrepancies.

Making OT File for Sales Team/Helpers.

Sending Price Requests to the Brand Team as per the price trend.

Getting approvals and making POs in SAP for any HORECA/LTH Items.

Daily Monitoring/Tracking Sales Team Performance and timely coordinating with them in case of not meeting standard numbers.

Handling Account Opening Process by Filling the necessary documents and following up on the process.
