Specialist Business Development Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle the portfolio of International Shipping Agencies & Vessel Principles calling Abu Dhabi Commercial ports.

Support in the annual agreement leasing/renewal Terminal Facilities data analytics, cost structure, pricing calculation, negotiation and deal close out.

Lead market research with relevant industries and review updates on Cruise Business tariff based on the collected and analyzed benchmark data.

Conduct Tariff analysis for regional and international cruise ports and update it regularly.

Conduct analysis for existing cruise business incentive programs for cruise lines to encourage them to call the cruise ports operated and managed by AD Ports Group

Recommend enhancement plans and continuous business upgrade solutions aiming to establish a process within the Corporate Group Level.

Execute the cruise policies and plans as defined by the unit, external and internal stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day cruise administration work such as data recording, port agent statistics, reports, and presentations to ensure that progress is being made towards specific program/assignments objectives.

Review and recommend updates in the cruise tracking systems to ensure that the project status is carried out with complete accuracy.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, resolve clients’ complaints, and study suggestions pertaining to cruise business to attract new business and create value from the existing facilities.

Educational and Technical Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Project Management or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
