Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Keep accurate and timely pipeline records and update the CRM.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Lead the day-to-day client relationship and support Ops team handling client onboarding & order fulfillment.

Follow escalation procedures for critical issues and work closely with the internal operation team.

Follow sales and business development practices across fintech and implement a routine to manage all dedicated accounts.

Create frequent reviews and share sales reports.

Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Success:

Sales KPIs that measure process efficiency and effectiveness.

Managing a valuable pipeline

Conversion Rate: Ensuring a high conversion rate of leads to closed deals.

Customer satisfaction: Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction based on feedback and surveys.

Client Retention: Successfully managing and retaining existing B2B accounts.

Order Fulfillment Efficiency: Ensuring smooth and timely order processing and delivery.

Personal Development: Actively participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skill-Set (job-specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed)

Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Familiarity with LinkedIn as a tool to generate leads and reach out to key prospects.

Familiarity with the gift card industry or experience in selling similar products/services.

Excellent cold calling and sales prospecting skills.

Good commercial acumen with an understanding of the clients’ procurement process.

Ability to negotiate deals with clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively
