Manager Strategic Management Full-time Job

Key Accountabilities

Lead the development, seek approval and ensure effective implementation of the Department strategy in line with global best practices, ensuring alignment to the Business Support and Corporate strategy Division.

Ensure effective implementaton of strategic plans as per set timelines in order to support achievement of corporate objectives and Business Plan.

Manage and direct the development of the Business Plan to establish medium and long term strategies and work programmes for all other activities of the Company.

Provide guidance and expertise to divisions in establishing realistic achievable work programs and expenditure plans within prescribed time frames.

Coordinate management review of capital and operating forecasts and ensure their consistency with the Strategic Business Plan.

Coordinate the preparation and presentation of the Company Business Plan for the Company Senior Management.

Provide professional analytical, financial and technical support to Senior Management and all Divisions.

Prepare and produce air memoires on financial and technical matters to be discussed by the Board of Directors.

Responsible for directing and participating in the provision of other management reporting and supporting activities including the development of the Corporate activity reports.

Responsible for producing business and technical analysis and preparing studies and reports on critical issues.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Masters degree in Business Administration an advantage.

Around 12 years of experience, including experience in business planning and performance management role.
