Recruiter Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications for professional positions such as IT, engineering, project management, and leadership roles

Develop effective sourcing strategies using platforms like Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter to attract top talent

Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles

Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and making recommendations to hiring managers

Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Support administrative tasks related to recruitment, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing candidate communication

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on both white collar and blue-collar positions

Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and management

Strong data management and administration skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders

Knowledge of technical requirements and certifications for denters, painters, and mechanics is preferred
