This role requires a versatile professional with expertise in HR, employment compliance, and corporate services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing seamless operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional services to clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of EOR services, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirement

Manage corporate services such as PRO and Business Services.

Implement and improve processes to enhance the overall efficiency of corporate services

Stay informed on employment laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements to ensure adherence across EOR and corporate service operations.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and compliance protocols

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their EOR and corporate service needs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs) to measure the effectiveness and quality of EOR and corporate services.

Implement quality assurance measures to address and resolve any issues related to service delivery.

The Candidate

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field. Professional certifications in HR or operations management are advantageous.

Proven experience in HR, employment compliance, and corporate services.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and corporate services best practices.

Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
