What This Job Involves

Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy to drive sponsorship revenue for Nas Summit events.

Identify target markets, industries, and potential sponsors to maximize revenue opportunities.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Conduct research to understand the needs and objectives of prospective sponsors and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and event planning, to ensure alignment of sponsorships with event objectives and deliverables.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to sponsors throughout the sales process and beyond.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiation of terms and contracts.

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools and systems.

Continuously optimize sales strategies and tactics based on performance metrics and feedback.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to event sponsorships and partnerships.

Use insights to identify new opportunities and innovate sales approaches to stay ahead in the market.

Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the events or conference industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
