Your Key Responsibilities

Manage driling market, mapping on land & offshore rigs, demonstrating the products mounted on the van and do application selling.

Work closely with drilling Distributors , Map rigs getting built in China, USA & Driving the specifications.

Drive the installation audit for LED Conversion and other MRO requirements as and when necessary & provide basic engineering support to qualify those opportunities.

Own and handle the customers’ inquiries technically and commercially from the moment of receipt until the conversion to an order – Drive the distributors effectively & efficiently with the following, but not limited to:

Ontime technical & commercial support for every opportunity to ensure the conversion to PO’s and works with service loop manufacturers.

Regular review of Distributor’s stock level in the region and maintain the same to meet the MRO requirements

Run the distribution tracking sheet monthly

Understand & Evaluate the offer to the customer including technical and commercial terms

Review and assess technical specification, BOQ (bill of quantity) to determine suitable product offering

Leverage the Eaton cross selling to ensure maximum Eaton product coverage.

Map OEM’s and give product presentations time to time.

Ensure the timely execution of the orders whenever necessary by taking lead to manage the customer expectations to meet Customer Satisfaction.

Meet the profit plan of the team and the individual targets on a quarterly basis to ensure the annual success.

Qualifications

Engineering graduate in Instrumentation or Electrical

At least 5 Years of experience within a similar position

Able to travel 70% of the time within the region.

Skills

Prior knowledge of Rigs products is a big advantage

Results-driven and committed to achieving sales targets.

Experienced and skilled negotiator.

Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

IT literate with proven CRM experience.

Personable and able to connect with clients effectively.

Accomplished in delivering compelling presentations.

Fluent in English and Arabic
