Key Responsibilities:

Develop an in-depth understanding of the key GCC fine fragrance markets, retail channels, activations, communication, new launches, key consumption periods and consumers to be and act as the expert of the markets

Identify and leverage key social, product, brand, format and olfactive trends to translate them into customized fragrance solutions for local customers and help build marketing rationale and concepts

Keep abreast of global fragrance and format trends and share insights with local teams consistently

Analyze customer brands’ strategies, portfolio, and products to proactively identify gaps and needs, transforming them into actionable insights and strategic business opportunities

Partner with Account Managers to build strong programs and relationships with targeted customers

Understand and use IFF corporate capabilities to differentiate IFF from competitors

Plan, coordinate, organize and execute inspirational and impactful customer engagement presentations, events and workshops translating them into business opportunities

Drive collaboration with cross-functional & regional teams to build strong fragrance storytelling, olfactive descriptions, perfumer interviews and design product concepts that are deeply rooted in trends, consumer insights data and relevant to the market
