Responsibilities:

• Candidate should have clear understanding and knowledge of product portfolio among BMS (Building Management System), security system solutions, lighting control system & GRMS (Guest Room Management System) and will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations to close the opportunities.

• Digital Advocacy – clear focus on selling connected digital service offers, with the ability to demonstrate a responsible “Digital Citizen”.

• Align with annual sales plan/sales targets, exploring market opportunities, developing, and implementing strategies and processes to maximize margins while increasing market share.

• Liaise with external parties on potential partnership and identify business; work closely with end user, developers, facility management, specifiers, contractors, and other internal & external professions to ensure growing Schneider Electric market footprint.

• Develop and maintain business relationships with key decision-makers of existing customer base and use his / her experience and knowledge of the regional market to develop new customer base.

• Leveraging market understanding, sales strategies, products, and services to differentiate Schneider Electric from competition.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through in-depth knowledge of customer's organization, increasing account dedication, timely communication, and follow up.

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Schneider Electric products/solutions/services and competitor strengths, weaknesses, and applications.

• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Must align and adhere to company processes, compliances, and policies, with zero tolerance, while executing professional responsibilities.

• Qualify opportunities with internal sales support team to have the right techno-commercial solutions for the projects with customers.

• Should have ability to anticipate and identify customer’s need through developing and maintaining long-term relationship with the customers.

• Collaborate with internal marketing, solution, project, service, and tender team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• University bachelor’s Degree in engineering - Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering/ Mechanical.

• Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience (preferably in service domain) BMS (Building Management System), Security system solutions, lighting control system & GRMS (Guest Room Management System) within UAE.

• Valid UAE Driving License.

• Able to spend +50% of the working hours with customer facing meetings.

• Candidate should have ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.

• Must have ability to present to customers.• Self-motivated, problem-solving, independent, strong interpersonal skills and team player.
