Housing Handyman Full-time Job

To carry out all repairs and maintenance within the confines of the ambassador accommodation i.e furniture, equipment, piping, polishing works, swimming pool, electrical, walls, floors, or any other items as directed.

To perform minor repairs to wall plaster and renderings, cracks, etc. required in preparation for the paint job.

To perform paintwork on interior and exterior building walls.

To assist in the preparation of decorations for any functions or events happening in the Accommodation compound.

To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.

To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.

To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guest areas.

To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Assistant Ambassador Accommodation Manager.
