Head Waiter Full-time Job

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of the wait staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Training new wait staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.

Assigning duties and responsibilities to wait staff and ensuring they are carried out effectively.

Assisting with the setup and preparation of the dining area before service.

Greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience.

Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served accurately and promptly.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Assisting with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
