Your day to day
The role encompasses all aspects of group bookings for the hotel and as the main point of contact, you will be responsible for managing both residential and non-residential groups.
Four key competencies are essential for this role: Team Work, Adaptability, Customer Focus, and Impact and Influence. To make a success of this role you will need to take responsibility and accountability to ensure that there is clear and relevant information communicated to all departments ensuring a seamless execution, plus flexible working hours will be needed to meet group demands.

Qualifications Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 1-year work experience in the similar role
Has good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
