Facility Manager Full-time Job

ROLE PROFILE

Develop the Facility Assets Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule.

Maintain that the Facility assets are in proper working condition and are maintained regularly as per the standards.

Ensure that planned preventive maintenance is implemented across the facility assets as per the standard and regulations

Test Generator, UPS, Fire & Life safety equipment monthly.

Ensure that the building’s safety equipment is maintained and functioning regularly.

Ensure availability of the minimum stock of required spares for the major equipment in the facility.

Ensure availability of all necessary tools, material and requirements to maintain exemplary hygiene standards.

Control the operating expense in line with the budget and propose a reduction plan.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering required.

5+ years' experience in a similar position.

2+ years’ experience in Retail is preferred

English (Full professional proficiency)
