Key responsibilities:

Organizes and manages the various tasks/projects of the Head of Nextcare's office in order support the business priorities; provide general administrative support to assigned projects

Directs, organizes, and controls project activities under the direction of the Head of Nextcare.

Maintains an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organization and externally on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities; develops and maintains good working relationships across the organization.

Attends client/stakeholder meetings (as directed) to determine project requirements; effectively communicates relevant project information and updates to project stakeholders.

Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Committee meetings as well as other internal/external meetings; prepares meeting agendas, minutes, summaries and maintains track of the priority lists and projects updates.

Works independently and coordinates with other members of the senior management on special projects assigned by the Head of Nextcare.

Collects and interprets data to produce reports; prepares proposals and business plan documents as needed.

Prepares communication and presentation material for the Head of Nextcare's strategic communication initiatives; work closely with Marketing & Communication Department as needed.

Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables that facilitates Head of Nextcare's ability to fulfill his responsibilities.

Handles confidential and sensitive information with tact, poise, and diplomacy .

Additional responsibilities :

May be required to provide personal assistance to the Head of Nextcare if directed, Manages calendar bookings and travel itinerary of the Head of Nextcare in coordination with the PA.
