Responsibilities
Operate the established procedures for document control and handle various aspects of receipt, control, storage, and retrieval
Control Inspection/Machine-Shop Work Orders and Purchase Orders
Work in parallel with other team members to assure efficient and effective work accomplishment
Liaise with Operations/Sales teams on daily basis requirements when required
Prepare monthly reports including month end financial reports
Attend Operations/Sales on Weekly/Monthly meetings and take MOM and distribute meeting notes
Follow up with operations team’s progress of jobs for completion and invoicing
Generate invoices and submit to customers or their portals
Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures
Other task which management may request

Qualifications And Expereince
Minimum High School diploma
More than 2 years’ experience in a systemized office environment
Knowledge of office-based computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook). Sound knowledge on speaking, reading, and writing of English language.
Communication skills, time management, organized, quality oriented, analytical and problemsolving skills,
good business English and Microsoft command
