ROLE PROFILE

Design develop and curate development content that is accessible, relevant, and engaging. Able to develop core skills development and deliver face to face or virtually; but also, to work with ‘technical experts’ to assist them in developing learning

Budget Management: Assist in forecasting L&D annual departmental budget, monitoring spends, and ensuring training costs are in line with defined budgets.

Connect with staff members across the Lifestyle business, understand their strengths and areas of development and organize appropriate trainings for learning needs identified.

Deliver an effective onboarding process which enables new starters to get up to speed quickly and embeds the culture and organizational values

Coach and mentor staff on a regular basis providing support for self-development and drawing on the full potential of individuals and teams

Create & maintain a network of buddy trainers who would drive the in-store learnings.

Assist in managing accounts for all L&D suppliers and content providers, ensuring that the company gets best value for money; and utilizes contracts fully

Travel across regions to deliver specific learning needs to stores & partner with stores to support their needs

Requirements

Professional qualification in Learning & Development and Coaching / Mentoring

Minimum 6-9 years’ experience in the learning & Development

Advanced verbal and written English and Arabic languages

Coaching and influencing managers to solve L&D issues

Familiar with 70/20/10 principle to personal development Understands frameworks to develop talent and build career pathways

Confident at developing digitalized improvements to learning solutions
