Human Resources Manager Full-time Job

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Conduct HR audits and identify areas for improvement, driving HR transformation initiatives.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, proposing innovative solutions to address evolving workforce challenges.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and a commitment to fair resolution.

Oversee all aspects of the talent acquisition process, attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent.

Develop and implement talent management programs to cultivate high-potential employees and ensure succession planning.

Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) to effectively manage employee data, reporting, and analytics.

Leverage HR data to identify trends, inform strategic decision-making, and measure program effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

5+ years' experience in Human Resources

Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

Attention to detail and good judgement

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
