The candidate is expected to follow a selected number of clearly defined procedures under general
guidance. Handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within customer service areas, such as:
Navigate the Logistics Landscape: Field and respond to customer questions about shipments, tracking, delivery timelines, and other logistics-related concerns.
Communication is Key: Clearly communicate order updates, potential delays, and solutions with both internal teams and external customers.
Data Detective: Utilize logistics software to track shipments, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Problem-solving Prowess: Identify the root cause of customer issues and work collaboratively with internal teams to find timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions and shipment details.
Support sales efforts by providing accurate information and excellent service to potential and existing customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of basic supply chain and logistics terminology (a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
