Core Responsibilities:

Counter Servier Associate ensures top-notch service to customers, promptly addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, providing samples, and fulfilling requests. The jobholder expertly slice, weigh, package, and price meats and cheeses, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. Adhering to the first in, first out principle, they arrange products on display while promptly removing any damaged or expired items to uphold quality standards. Accuracy is paramount as they ensure all price tags are up-to-date, clean, and easily visible, including relevant production and expiry dates. Moreover, they meticulously prepare work areas for customer service, conducting routine cleaning of surfaces, equipment, and floors, disposing of trash, and confirming equipment functionality. Participation in inventory and stock takes is crucial, ensuring accurate tracking of merchandise levels. Maintaining exemplary self-hygiene standards, including proper uniform attire and appearance, underscores their commitment to excellence in service delivery.
