Communicate withinternal and external stakeholders across multiplecountries.

Manage 3rd partyservice providers for delivery queries andissues.

To be successful you will need tomeet thefollowing:

Businessor Export relatedqualification.

Preferablybased in the UAE with regionalexposure.

Provenexperience in customer service within the pharmaceuticalindustry.

SAPExperience is amust.

Knowledge ofexport/ logistics process anddocumentation.

Detail-orientedwith excellent problem-solvingskills.

Excellent stakeholdermanagement.

Excellentcommunication skills in English.
