Customer Service Agent Full-time Job

Responsibilities include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and efficient manner.

Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product or service-related issues.

Providing information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.

Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to customers.

Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Keeping abreast of company policies, procedures, and product/service offerings.

Salary | Industry Average, depending on location of work as some locations pay more than others

Language | Native language & basic english

Visa | Must have Emirates ID. We can issue a Labour Card

Skills

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.

Proficiency in computer applications and software, including MS Office and CRM systems.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
