Job Details

Responsibility:

Address all customer queries received on Generic Mail ID for HF Customer Service Unit as per TAT

Liaise with customers & stake holders for obtaining Information, necessary approvals & execution of agreements for AST’s transactions as per SOP.

Notify customers of the required process & TAT at all time & manage customer expectations and

Ensure to always keep customer up to date regarding the status of their request.

Ensure all audit recommendations, local regulatory requirements are complied with and the necessary process is in place to ensure compliance.

CSU and ensure to coordinate with team for resolution of complaints and handling of special projects per requirement.

Address internal /external customer queries as per SLA.

Comply with core Service Values & Group guidelines. Ensure Timely Delivery and accuracy of Work output.

Maintain MIS for customer attrition.

Ensure less or zero number of errors responsible/Loss incurred

Job Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor Graduate

4years of Banking experience out of which 2 years with Sales/Customer Services
