Collaboration: Work with product development, sales, and other teams to improve processes, identify trends in customer feedback, and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail, e-commerce, or technology-related environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt to diverse customer communication styles.

Problem-solving: Proactive approach to identifying solutions and a demonstrated ability to think critically.

Technical Aptitude: Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
