Responsibilities:
- Generate fresh ideas for our campaigns, from small initiatives to large-scale seasonal events - meticulously craft, and effectively present them.
- Act as brand guardian to protect the look / feel / design of TikTok for Business
- Support the global team in building our core brand library and resources for the region
- Create a wide variety of master assets including but not limited to full visual identities, templates, event branding, and social assets.
- Guide our creative agencies and partners to define and implement our brand's visual language across all campaigns.
- Ensure that all creative projects align with our business goals and support our sales team in meeting their targets.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience as a copywriter or strategic planner from a creative agency with a portfolio to demonstrate your campaign work.
- Experience on working on projects from concept through to delivery
- Great communication skills, and ability to articulate and present strong creative concepts and ideas
- Fluency in Arabic language
Preferred Qualifications
- Understand that ideas take the lead, but how they're shaped and showcased is just as crucial.
- Ability to inspire and guide a creative execution team through mockups and moodboards
- Understanding of GCC markets are a plus
