Job Details

Provide administrative support to the investment team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of investment reports, presentations, and other materials.

Maintain and organise electronic and physical files, databases, and documentation related to investment activities.

Coordinate internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the team.

Assist with special projects, research assignments, and data analysis as directed by team members.

Liaise with other departments within the organisation to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and information sharing.

Assist in the organisation and execution of team events, conferences, and meetings, including logistical planning and coordination.

Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.

The Successful Applicant

UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a financial services or investment environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.

Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
