Providing timely and actionable feedback to key stakeholders and driving implementation

Deep dive into gaps in operations and performance to understand root cause of the issues and implement initiatives to improve.

Maintaining accurate stock inventory for incremental sales through higher fulfillment and Reliability

Assessing store level inventory to ensure highest fulfillment of expected sales

Managing availability for top selling items

Working with store management team to ensure stock depth for fast moving items

Driving shopper efficiency and compliance through continuous training and monitoring

Weekly reporting on shopper performance and taking steps to improve overall impact on store KPI

Building training modules and refresher programs for scalability

Identifying and reallocating resources to meet fluctuating store demands

Ensure in the proper execution of inventory management and daily price changes for seamless customer experience

Frequent checks to flag and rectify any assortment or pricing issues instantly

Working with store management to integrate automated inventory updates

Tackle partner issues and set processes in place to mitigate recurrence

Bring significant improvements in Operations and Logistics KPIs

Refine store workflows to achieve desired store metrics

Implement SOPs and SLAs to increase productivity and efficiency
